The HAP Edit – Return Policy

We want you to love your HAP Edit pieces. If something's not right, here's how returns work:

Return Window

• 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

Condition Requirements

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• All original tags still attached
• Original packaging included (if applicable)
• Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or odor

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale/clearance items (final sale)
• Intimates, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards

How to Start a Return

1. Email haleyparsons10@gmail.com with your order number and item(s)
2. We'll send you a free prepaid return label
3. Pack the item(s) with tags attached and ship within 5 days of receiving the label
4. Once received and inspected, store credit issued within 5–7 business days

Refunds

• All approved returns are issued as store credit (no cash/card refunds)
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Store credit never expires

Exchanges

• Contact us to arrange a size/color exchange, subject to availability

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll send a free replacement or full store credit, no return shipping needed
